These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pillo website, mobile application, employer dashboard, job seeker tools, AI-powered features, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. About PilloPillo is operated by:
Pillo Enterprise, LLC We provide job posting services, an applicant tracking system (ATS), employer hiring tools, job seeker tools, and AI-powered support services throughout the Caribbean and Africa.

2. Eligibility
To use Pillo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.

Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.
If you create an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Your Account Responsibilities
Certain features require registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify Pillo immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Pillo is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

4. Use of AI Features
Pillo uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) across customer support, help center recommendations, employer tools, and in-app experiences.By using our AI-powered features, you understand and agree that:

4.1 AI content is automatically generated.
AI responses may be:
- Incomplete
- Inaccurate
- Outdated
- Not suitable for all circumstances
You must review and verify AI output before relying on or using it.

4.2 AI does not replace professional advice.
AI-generated content is not legal, financial, hiring, or compliance advice.

4.3 You must not input sensitive information into AI systems.
Do not submit passwords, government IDs, banking details, or other sensitive data into AI prompts.

4.4 Employers must review all AI-generated job descriptions or candidate messages.
You remain fully responsible for compliance with:
- Employment laws.
- Anti-discrimination laws.
- Local labor regulations.

4.5 Pillo does not use your content to train public AI models.
AI processing is limited to improving Pillo’s internal features and user experience.

5. Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree -NOT to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest data from Pillo.
- Upload viruses, bots, malware, or harmful code.
- Interfere with system performance or security.
- Misuse job posting features (e.g., fake jobs, misleading listings).
- Abuse messaging features or harass other users.
- Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to evade platform protections
Pillo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Job Posting Rules (Employer Obligations)
Employers agree to:
- Post accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory job listings.
- Not advertise misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent positions.
- Clearly state if a job involves commission-only or contract work.
- Not repost the same job excessively (“spam posting”).
- Not redistribute or misuse candidate data.
- Review all AI-generated job content for legal compliance.
Pillo reserves the right to remove job listings that violate platform standards.

8. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of Pillo is also governed by our:

These documents explain how data is collected, used, stored, and shared. By using Pillo, you consent to these practices.

9. Third-Party Services & Links
Pillo may include links to third-party websites or integrate with external tools. We are not responsible for:
- Content on third-party sites.

- Their accuracy, reliability, or security.
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, software, and design elements on Pillo belong to Pillo Technologies, LLC. You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Resell
- Distribute
any part of the Services without written permission.

11. Payment Terms (For Employers)
Purchases such as job postings, subscriptions, or ATS features must be paid in full at the time of transaction unless otherwise specified.All sales are final, except where required by law or outlined in specific refund terms.Failure to pay may result in:
- Account suspension.
- Removal of job listings.
- Termination of Services.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Pillo is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
- Pillo does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
- Pillo does not vet employers or job seekers beyond platform-designated checks.
- Pillo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Including but not limited to:
- Lost profits.
- Lost job opportunities.
- Hiring or employment decisions.
- Data loss.
Use of Pillo is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pillo harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Content you submit.
- Violations of these Terms.
- Interactions with other users.
- Employment or hiring decisions.
This includes legal fees and damages.

14. Termination
Pillo may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violating these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of AI features.
- Non-payment (for employers)Legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Services immediately.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
- United States (Georgia),  and, where applicable, local laws of the Caribbean and Africa.
- Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction based on contract terms.

16. Changes to These Terms
Pillo may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will notify you via:
- Email.
- App Notification.
- Website Banner.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
